About the Role
Electrical Project Manager<br> Location: Southeast London<br> Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 + Benefits (DOE)<br> Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time<br><br> An established and growing MEP contractor is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Electrical Project Manager to join its team in Dartford. Specialising in high-profile commercial and industrial design-and-build projects, the business works across a range of technically challenging environments and offers excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression.<br><br> This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced electrical professional looking to take ownership of projects from conception through to completion, while working alongside an experienced leadership team.<br><br> Key Responsibilities:<br><ul><li>Manage electrical projects from initial planning through to successful delivery.</li><ul><li>Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.</li><li>Prepare and manage project plans, risk assessments, and health & safety documentation.</li><li>Control project costs, budgets, and forecasting.</li><li>Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.</li><li>Lead project teams and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.</li><li>Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical standards and industry regulations.</li></ul></ul>Requirements:<br><ul><li>ECS 18th Edition Gold Card.</li><ul><li>Full UK driving licence.</li><li>Strong background in commercial and/or industrial electrical installation projects.</li><li>Experience managing electrical projects and project teams.</li><li>Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, schematics, and technical documentation.</li><li>Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project costs.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li><li>Positive, proactive, and motivated approach to work.</li></ul></ul>What's on Offer<br><ul><li>Competitive salary.</li><ul><li>Company vehicle.</li><li>Company phone and fuel card.</li><li>Annual performance-related bonus.</li><li>Company pension scheme.</li><li>Ongoing training and professional development.</li><li>Career progression opportunities.</li><li>Exposure to unique and technically interesting commercial and industrial projects.</li></ul></ul>If you are an Electrically biased Project Manager looking for a new challenge within a growing and forward-thinking business, please feel free to apply or contact Calvin Smith @ RGB Network<strong><br></strong>
