About the Role
Project Manager – AI & Microsoft Solutions Location: Glasgow / Hybrid / Remote Salary: £45,000 – £75,000 We’re working with a fast-growing AI consultancy and Microsoft Partner delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions to financial services clients. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a Project Manager to lead multiple AI programmes from proof of concept through to production. This is not traditional project management. You’ll be operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where ambiguity is common and strong stakeholder engagement is critical. The Role Manage multiple concurrent AI projects and workstreams Coordinate stakeholders across clients and delivery teams Proactively identify and remove blockers to delivery Manage RAID and ensure effective governance and reporting Track project performance, including AI-specific metrics and costs Support smooth transition from PoC to production What We’re Looking For Strong project management experience across multiple projects or programmes Excellent stakeholder communication and engagement skills Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities Proactive, organised, and calm under pressure Commercial awareness, including budget and cost management Experience in AI, data, or emerging technology environments is advantageous but not essential.
