On-Site Shift Co-Ordinator – Parcel Sorting Centre<br><br>Location Atherstone <br><br>Hours of work: 40 hours per week minimum<br><br><br>Rate of pay: £13.50 - £15.50 per hour depending on shift <br><br> <br><br>6:00am - 14:30pm<br><br>14.00pm - 22.30pm<br><br>21:30pm - 06:30am<br><br><br><br>Start date October – December <br><br>Are you an experienced recruitment professional with the confidence to manage high-volume staffing contracts in a fast-paced logistics environment? We’re looking for proactive On-Site Co-ordinators to manage teams of shift workers to oversee the delivery of high-volume parcel sorters for a seasonal peak contract based in Atherstone.<br><br>What You’ll Be Doing<br><br><ul><li>Acting as the primary on-site contact for ensuring delivery and fulfilment of planned workers v forecasted demand<br><br></li><ul><li>Workforce planning of shifts across a 7 day profile <br><br></li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with on site management teams <br><br></li><li>Producing reports on staffing levels, performance, and costs for both client and agency stakeholders<br><br></li><li>Attendance on daily client calls to deliver fulfilment numbers, understand demand changes<br><br></li><li>Implement strategies in a fast-moving environment to meet client demands<br><br></li><li>Coaching and developing on-site recruitment team, working against strict KPIs and fulfilment quotas<br><br></li><li>Ensure all processes to capture working hours are appropriately logged and authorised to meet weekly payroll deadline. <br><br></li></ul></ul> <br><br><br>What We’re Looking For<br><br><ul><li>Proven experience in on-site recruitment management, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.<br><br></li><ul><li>Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.<br><br></li><li>Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.<br><br></li><li>A people-first approach with the confidence to manage teams and influence at all levels.<br><br></li><li>Ability to learn and adapt to new CRMs, recruitment trackers, and shift allocation software<br><br></li><li>Flexibility to adapt to operational demands in a 24/7 environment.<br><br></li></ul></ul><br>What We Offer<br><br><ul><li> Competitive salary and end of project bonus based on KPIs<br><br></li><ul><li>Opportunity to work with a leading logistics employer in the region<br><br></li><li>A key role where you’ll make a direct impact on site performance and workforce success.<br><br></li><li>Career progression opportunities within a supportive environment post peak contract.<br><br></li></ul></ul> <br><br>Please click to apply
