<h3><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></h3>

<p>Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a talented veterinary and nursing team.</p>

<p>Overseeing and driving the <strong>continuous improvement of clinical standards</strong> and protocols.</p>
<li>
<p>Managing a <strong>varied and interesting caseload</strong> while providing exceptional patient care.</p>
<li>
<p>Working alongside the management team to deliver the <strong>practice’s strategic vision</strong>.</p>
<li>
<p>Supporting colleagues’ professional development through <strong>coaching, training, and case discussions</strong>.</p>

<h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3>
<ul>

<p><strong>RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon</strong> with strong GP experience and leadership capability.</p>
<li>
<p>Passionate about delivering <strong>gold-standard, evidence-based clinical care</strong>.</p>
<li>
<p>A confident decision-maker who enjoys <strong>leading from the front</strong> and developing others.</p>
<li>
<p>Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach.</p>
