About The Client

We are a specialist consulting, project management, and procurement company with over 20 years’ experience working across the public and social sectors. We take our responsibility to make a difference seriously and work with clients on their challenges to create lasting impact. This could be helping them create Net Zero supply chains, advising on purchasing efficiencies, providing resource as part of a client’s team, or simply adding capacity and expertise on an as and when needed basis. We have created and built over 100 new state schools, as well as founded what is now a twelve school Multi Academy Trust.

We also operate two public sector frameworks in order to help our clients buy goods and services quickly and compliantly and are experts in the areas of Facilities Management and Construction and Renewables.

Objective of the role

The principal part of this role is to support all aspects of the business to optimise project delivery. It is important to value making a difference (every penny we save increases makes the public pound go further), building strong internal relationships with colleagues and providing high-quality, error-free support and help to them.

Our requirement

We are looking for someone who has a particularly good eye for detail, who is looking for a position in which to develop key data analyst attributes. Someone who is comfortable answering business data questions, as well as asking the right questions to find data related answers.

Confident to work with multiple data platforms, including CRM system which includes client and supplier contract data, where financial information is collated and managed, Power BI reports are produced, and communications are generated and managed.

Accuracy in managing contract approvals through our systems and communicating with clients and suppliers.

Comfortable handling tight deadlines, managing requests regarding an array of different tasks, and enjoys an open, transparent environment where knowledge share and integrity are at the heart of the role.

Flexible and willing to work with colleagues to build CRM managed websites, Microsoft technology platforms and support the development of our AI service transition.

Expertise

Essential:

  • Ability to prioritise and manage tasks
  • An incredibly keen eye for detail
  • Analytical mind and loves to work with quantitative data
  • Excellent/highly proficient with Excel (able to use conditional formatting, vlookups, pivot tables)
  • Comfortable asking questions and working with team members to reach client deadlines
  • Flexible – working on different activities across different systems, eager to learn
  • A self-starter with a passionate attitude. We love what we do, and we love the fact that we make a difference!
  • Has a high level of personal accountability and integrity
  • Strong attention to detail
