We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Workers to work across a variety of schools in Northamptonshire, supporting students who require additional emotional and behavioural support.In this rewarding role, you will work as a Teaching Assistant with a focus on mental health, providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils facing challenges such as anxiety, low mood, behavioural difficulties, or social and emotional needs.
