Workshop SupervisorCambridgeshire£40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits Are you an experienced Workshop Supervisor or Team Leader looking to take the next step with a growing engineering business?We're recruiting for a family-owned manufacturer that has seen significant growth over the last few years and continues to invest in its people, equipment and facilities. As production continues to expand, they're looking for a Workshop Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of their fabrication and CNC machining workshop.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead from the front, keep production on track and play a key part in maintaining quality, safety and delivery performance.What you'll be doingSupervising a team across fabrication, welding, CNC machining and assemblyCoordinating daily production to ensure customer deadlines are achievedSupporting the Workshop Manager with the smooth running of the shop floorDriving quality, health & safety and continuous improvement initiativesWhat we're looking forPrevious supervisory or team leadership experience within fabrication or CNC machiningStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering drawingsA proactive leader who enjoys developing people and improving performanceExcellent communication and organisational skills with a hands-on approachWhat's on offer?£40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience25 days holiday plus bank holidays5% employer pension contributionDeath in Service coverGenuine opportunities to progress within a rapidly growing businessIf this role sounds of interest, click Apply and Kieran Evans will be in touch to discuss the opportunity in more detail and answer any questions you may have.
