What You'll Do Implement and maintain flawless visual build standards using industry-standard tools like Photoshop and Illustrator. Collaborate with designers and developers to build outstanding UI and UX experiences. Apply your expertise in Unity, particularly with Unity UI and Unity Animations, to improve our game features. Manage source control and development tools to ensure efficient project workflows. Develop technical art solutions that optimize game performance and visual quality. Bring your enthusiasm and technical expertise to help advance our products to the next stage. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior artists and team members. Work closely with collaborators to understand and implement their vision. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development. Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Maintain a demonstrably outstanding portfolio of your work. What We're Looking For Proven experience working on social or mobile titles. Demonstrable skills with 3D packages and technical art. Expert knowledge of Unity and the game development pipeline. Outstanding problem-solving abilities and adaptability to work with ambiguity. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams. A curious approach with the ability to quickly switch contexts. Passion for the gaming industry and a drive to build world-class experiences.
