<p><strong>Job Role:- Automotive Service Advisor<br />Salary:- £32,000 – £34,000 basic with an OTE £40,000<br />Location:- Wokingham<br /></strong><br />Falling short on career development? Missing monthly bonus targets? </p>
<p>We have taken on an Automotive Service Advisor role in the Basingstoke Area for a very popular Volume Dealership. The lifespan of this dealership goes well over 50 years; a household name brand, with a very loyal / repeat customer base. This is a very active site, which means high upsell potential and strong team bonuses too. </p>
<p>Here are a few pointers: –</p>
<ul>
<li>Paying up to £34,000 with bonus + quarterly CSI bonuses totalling over £40,000</li>
<li>1 of 4 Saturdays</li>
<li>Very quick accreditation – one fact about the Group is the majority of their managers progress frequently from within, so you will be given training for growth through their training academy.</li>
<li>Multi-faceted team and personalities – great working environment at a high pace, if you enjoy the activity this is worth a look.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Key role and responsibilities for this Service Advisor role </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner</li>
<li>Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken</li>
<li>Sell additional products as appropriate to customer’s needs</li>
<li>Advise on timescales and collection arrangements / Produce job cards on in-house computer system</li>
<li>Update customer and vehicle records / Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy</li>
<li>Preparation and completion of invoices</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Minimum requirements for this Service Advisor role</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience as a Service Admin / Service Advisor in the Motor Trade</li>
<li>The ability to sell additional products and services to customer</li>
<li>Driving license</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service</li>
<li>The ability to manage multiple tasks</li>
</ul>
