Membership Counselor

Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting for a Membership Counselor for a well-established community association located in Laguna Hills.
Service Line: Evaluation to Hire, Full-time
Pay: $20-$23/Hr.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Responsibilities:
•    Provide administrative and clerical support for membership transfer transactions
•    Prepare letters, reports, and correspondence
•    Assist residents with membership and ownership transfer questions
•    Communicate with escrow companies, legal offices, and residents professionally
•    Maintain accurate records and documentation
•    Perform data entry and general office duties
•    Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
•    Work closely with management and other departments
Requirements:
•    Previous office or administrative experience preferred
•    Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
•    Good verbal and written communication skills
•    Strong organizational and customer service skills
•    Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
•    Professional attitude and attention to detail
