Experienced Fire and Contents Cleaning Technician

We are dedicated to developing people, pursuing excellence, and growing profitability! <br><br> </div><div> <br>We are currently seeking individuals to assist in our structure cleaning and contents cleaning department!<br><br><strong>Duties:</strong> Participate in warehouse/contents process cleaning.</div><ul> <li>Packing, unpacking, moving of contents and furniture (must be able to lift 70-75 pounds).</li> <li>Driving to project sites.</li> <li>Inventory of furniture/contents prior to moving.</li> <li>Inspect furniture/contents and reporting damage prior to moving.</li> <li>Wrapping furniture.</li> <li>Loading and unloading of truck.</li> <li>Cleaning, deodorizing, and disinfection of personal property.</li> <li>Inventory and labeling of personal property.</li> <li>Cleaning, deodorizing, and disinfection of structures.</li> <li>Operating mechanical equipment.</li> <li>Maintain clean work areas and equipment (safety and cleanliness).</li> <li>Each day may be different so need to be adaptable. Work longer hours when a job needs to be completed that day.</li> <li>Moving packed contents (furniture and boxes) into storage</li> <li>Weekend On call rotaion</li> </ul><div><strong>Qualifications/Experience:</strong></div><ul> <li>Utilize customer service skills.</li> <li>Maintain a professional/clean appearance. </li> <li>Must be able to lift 50lbs consistently.</li> <li>We are a 24/7/365 company so candidate must be flexible with work schedule.
