Our client, a highly respected and established financial services firm based in Taunton, is seeking to appoint a Senior Financial Services Administrator to join their team. This is a hybrid opportunity offering a salary of up to £39,000, with three days in the office and two days working from home. You will play a key role in collaborating with Financial Advisers, Paraplanners, and wider colleagues to help deliver a consistently high-quality client experience. The Role: You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of client services from an administrative perspective, ensuring all communications, processes, and client interactions are handled efficiently and professionally. The position is heavily focused on building and maintaining strong working relationships, both internally and with clients. Key Responsibilities: Handling all incoming and outgoing communications in a professional and timely manner Processing new business and responding to ad hoc client queries with a high level of accuracy Keeping clients updated throughout processes and ensuring a smooth experience Working closely with Financial Advisers and the wider team to support client outcomes Preparing and maintaining accurate client documentation and records Supporting a collaborative team environment and contributing to overall service excellence The Successful Candidate Will Have: Previous experience within a financial services administration role A proactive, confident approach with a strong sense of initiative Excellent communication skills and a professional manner Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy A pragmatic, analytical mindset and pride in delivering high standards A team-focused approach and a passion for building strong working relationships This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes ownership of their work, and is motivated by delivering an excellent client experience.
