Order Picker / Loader 

 We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to join our fast-paced cold storage warehouse environment. 

 Responsibilities: 

<ul>
	<li>Accurately pick and fill orders in a refrigerated/freezer environment
	<li>Lift and move frozen products weighing between 15–110 lbs
	<li>Stage products for loading onto trucks
	<li>Maintain organization and accuracy in a high-volume setting
	<li>Follow all safety procedures and remain aware of surrounding equipment and traffic
</ul>

 Requirements: 

<ul>
	<li>Ability to perform basic math, including multiplication
	<li>Basic reading skills for order accuracy
	<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment
	<li>Capable of frequent bending, twisting, and lifting
	<li>Strong awareness of surroundings in a high-traffic warehouse
</ul>

 Preferred Qualifications: 

<ul>
	<li>Previous warehouse or order picking experience (a plus, but not required)
</ul>
