<strong>What You'll Be Doing:</strong>
<ul>
<li dir="ltr">Deliver direct instruction to individual students or small groups under the guidance of a certified teacher, enhancing the instructional plan.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Assist teachers by providing valuable insights about students to help develop tailored learning and behavioral experiences.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Provide personalized support to students with special needs, adapting methods materials meet individual learning styles and abilities, and fostering an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Help teachers in reinforcing appropriate social interactions/behaviors.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Bring your unique skills to life by assisting in various instructional programs, including academic subjects, arts, music, special subjects, and life skills.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Support students with specific health-related activities as needed.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Accompany students during bus duty arrival/dismissal. Help students with mobility and daily activities.</li>

<strong>Requirements:</strong>

<li dir="ltr"> At least one year of related childcare experience is preferred.</li>

<li dir="ltr">Able to perform job duties that include walking, standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and keeping up with active students.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Must obtain and pass background check through NYSED.</li>
