Rota Chef in Notting Hill

We are seeking a highly professional, adaptable Rota Chef to manage the culinary needs of a discerning UHNW family of four (two adults, two children) in Notting Hill. This is a sole-charge position requiring a chef who can seamlessly blend fine-dining sophistication with nutritious, child-friendly meals.

Schedule: The position is permanent, full-time, 1-week-on and 1-week-off rotation.

• Shift Times: 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM/9:00 PM (flexible depending on the family’s dinner schedule). Includes structured breaks for shopping and food preparation.

Key Duties

• Menu Planning & Execution: Create and prepare daily breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Expertise in Mediterranean, Asian, and French cuisines is essential.
• Kitchen Management: Maintain an immaculate, organised kitchen; manage inventory and supplies.
• Provisioning: Handle all grocery shopping, sourcing premium and organic ingredients from local markets and specialist suppliers.
• Dietary Adaptability: Cater to adult preferences and create balanced, appealing meals for two children.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience within private UHNW households or Michelin-starred/High-end establishments.
• Flawless presentation, discretion, and professionalism.
• Strong knowledge of seasonal produce and ingredient sourcing.
• A self-starter with excellent time management, able to work autonomously for long shifts.

Start: ASAP 

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 (negotiable for the right candidate).
