<div>Sr. Quality Control Manager – Healthcare / Medical Packaging</div> <div>We are currently looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to join a dynamic healthcare and medical packaging company located in Columbus, OH</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:<br /> Implement and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) for healthcare and medical packaging items<br /> Ensure adherence to ISO 13485, ISO 15378, and FDA cGMP regulations<br /> Maintain audit readiness and uphold high quality standards in all processes<br /> Supervise CAPA procedures, root cause analysis, and corrective actions<br /> Collaborate with suppliers and various teams to embed quality throughout the organization<br /> Guide and inspire team members in continuous enhancement of quality standards</p> <p>Qualifications:</p></div> <div>Proven track record in regulated manufacturing environments (such as medical device, medical packaging, pharmaceutical, etc)<br />Exceptional leadership skills and expertise in quality systems<br />Hands-on experience in audits, CAPA, risk management, and supplier quality<br />Thorough understanding of ISO and FDA regulatory requirements</div>
