As a Technical Service Representative, you’ll work in a team with several colleagues, each with a specific specialty and specific tasks. The Technical Services Coordinator is primarily responsible for the daily management, but there is also a high degree of independent work. You’ll have frequent daily contact with colleagues from other operational departments. Communication between you is respectful. In addition to verbal communication, email, and phone calls, various deficiencies are reported in the Goticking software system.
