1:1 Teaching Assistant£95-£110 per day - Weekly PAYE Pay - Term Time Only - Fulltime Monday to Friday - Wisbech Are you a Compassionate and resilient Teaching assistant looking to make a real impact in the lobes of young people with challenging behaviour and SEND needs?Tradewind recruitments are recruiting on behalf of a specialist provision within Wisbech is who are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to Support pupils aged 7-19 who require personalised structured and therapeutic support to thrive in their learning.This is a rewarding role where you will work closely with one pupil at a time, helping them navigate their educational, emotional, and behavioural development in a safe and consistent setting.About the RoleProvide 1:1 tailored support to pupils with complex SEND and behavioural needs.Build strong, trusting relationships to encourage emotional regulation and positive engagement.Support pupils both in the classroom and in specialist provision areas.Work closely with teachers, therapists, and SEN professionals to implement individual learning plans.Promote positive behaviour strategies and create a safe, supportive environment.Assist with sensory, communication, and emotional‑regulation activities.
