Warehouse Associate (Forklift / Shipping & Receiving) Day Shift | Monday–Friday | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Our client is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join their growing team. This is a hands-on warehouse position that offers the opportunity to work in all areas of warehouse operations, including order picking, shipping and receiving, inventory management, forklift operation, and logistics coordination. Pay & Benefits $17.00–$18.00 per hour while temporary Increase to $19.00–$20.00 per hour after 90 days Temp-to-hire opportunity Schedule Monday – Thursday: 5:30/6:30 AM start time, 9-hour shifts Friday: 4-hour shift 40 hours per week Warehouse Associate Responsibilities Operate forklifts safely and efficiently Use RF scanners to pick and pull products Load and unload trucks Perform shipping and receiving duties Weigh, package, and prepare products for shipment Schedule freight pickups and coordinate deliveries Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS software Assist with general warehouse operations and organization Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols Qualifications Forklift experience required Warehouse experience preferred Shipping and receiving experience required Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Apply Today!
