<p>Do you have a natural flair for building relationships and enjoy helping vendors at the start of their journey?<br /> We’re looking for an ambitious, creative and passionate individual to join a leading independent agent as a Sales Valuer at their office in Gloucester.<br /> This agent is very successful in the town and are known for their modern approach. Due to business demands, they are keen to add a proven Valuer to the team. </p> <p><strong>As a Sales Valuer, what’s in it for you? </strong><br />  </p> <ul> <li>£29,000 &#8211; £35,000 basic salary</li> <li>£65,000 OTE (uncapped – the sky is your limit!)</li> <li>20 days plus Bank Holidays and your birthday off</li> <li>Regular social events and training days</li> <li>Company pension scheme</li> <li>Extra parental leave</li> <li>Healthcare options</li> </ul> <p> <br /><strong>Your role as a Sales Valuer:</strong><br />  </p> <ul> <li>Carry out market appraisals for the residential sales department</li> <li>Provide support and guidance to clients, giving balanced advice and delivering an accurate marketing strategy</li> <li>Following up on market appraisals and continue to build on client relationships &#8211; people buy from people!</li> <li>Stay up to date with market trends, economic factors, and property values in the local area</li> <li>Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process</li> <li>Book and carry out viewings, delivering a great service to purchasers</li> <li>Negotiate sales and handle offers</li> <li>Support your colleagues – be the go-to member of staff in the absence of the Manager</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we’re looking for from a Sales Valuer: </strong><br />  </p> <ul> <li>Previous residential sales experience is needed – a minimum of two years</li> <li>Strong communication &amp; people skills – build lasting relationships!</li> <li>A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Solid IT skills &amp; attention to detail</li> <li>A well-presented and professional approach</li> <li>Punctuality &amp; great organisational skills</li> <li>A real love for the industry and desire to progress</li> <li>Local area knowledge</li> </ul> <p> If you&#8217;re ready to be part of a rapidly growing, high-energy team with genuine career progression, we want to hear from you!
