<p>Our client is looking for a Digital Project Coordinator to become the operational backbone of their delivery team ensuring projects run smoothly, clients stay informed, and nothing falls through the cracks.</p>
<p><b>About the Opportunity</b></p>
<p>This is more than coordination – it’s a clear pathway into project ownership.</p>
<p>You’ll work closely with an experienced team, supporting web and digital projects from planning through to delivery. Over time, you’ll transition from supporting projects to leading them.</p>
<p>It’s an ideal role if you’re returning to work, stepping up from an admin / digital support role, or looking for structured progression into project management.</p>
<p><b>What You’ll Gain:</b></p>

<li>£30,000 – £34,000 FTE (pro rata).</li>
<li>Part-time hours: 15 – 18 per week; Weekday mornings (Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 13:00 or 08:30 – 12:30).</li>

<p><b>What You’ll Be Doing:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Acting as a key contact for clients (email, calls, updates).</li>
<li>Scheduling meetings and ensuring clear communication.</li>
<li>Capturing actions and keeping projects moving forward.</li>
<li>Managing project boards (Jira, Trello or similar).</li>
<li>Tracking tasks, deadlines, and team workload.</li>
<li>Leading 9am daily stand-ups and aligning priorities.</li>
<li>Supporting quoting, planning, and project reviews.</li>
<li>Translating analytics and SEO outputs into actionable tasks.</li>
<li>Maintaining clear project documentation.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>What You’ll Need:</b></p>

<li>Strong organisation and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Clear, confident communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities.</li>
<li>Confidence working directly with clients.</li>
<li>Good understanding of digital / web projects.</li>
<li>Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Bonus If You Have:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Jira, Trello, or similar tools.</li>
<li>Agency or digital environment experience.</li>
<li>Familiarity with GA4, Search Console, HubSpot, or CMS platforms.</li>
