Fabricator Machine Operator Opportunity in Bennettsville, SC Job Summary
We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Machine Operator to join our growing operation. In this role, you will operate a CNC Operator, Brake Press Operator, Finn Power machine, Punch Press Operator Welding, Shear Machine. Will work under the supervision of department manager. The position requires previous Machine Operator experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
Will stand and monitor roll mill parts for defects, marks, markings, dents & accuracy
Will lift 3 lb. parts off roll mill and place on racks while being careful not to scar parts
Once racks are full use supplied tie to tie down parts and push parts to designated area and bring back empty rack from the finning machine
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Thread roll of flexible sheet metal using hands and use extra large pliers thru roll mill
Requirements and Qualifications
Must be able to Grip, Grasp, Push, Pull
High School Diploma or GED is required
Solid work history that demonstrates reliability; fabrication work experience is a plus but is not required
Able to work on your feet for 10-hour shifts and lift up to 45 lbs. regularly
Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory logs and databases
Good communication skills
