Northamptonshire - Team manager - Multi agency exploitation

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to lead our Multi Agency Exploitation Hub with Northamptonshire Children's Trust. Job Title: Team manager - Multi agency exploitation Hub Location: Child Exploitation Hub, Criminal Justice Centre, Pavilion Drive, Brackmills, NN4 7SL Pay Rate: £42 per hour Working Arrangements: Hybrid - 3 days office-based About the Role: Northamptonshire Children's Trust is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead our Multi Agency Exploitation Hub. This pivotal role involves managing a team of 6 advanced practitioners who coordinate multi-agency responses for young people assessed as being at high risk of exploitation. The role will include: Providing advice and guidance to locality teams. Coordinating support for young people at risk of criminal exploitation, sexual exploitation, or trafficking. Developing community hotspot mapping and local safeguarding initiatives. Chairing or contributing to complex exploitation meetings. Essential Requirements: Minimum 4 years' Team Manager experience in multi-agency exploitation work. Extensive experience working with children and young people at risk of exploitation. Strong knowledge of national and local safeguarding policies, including contextual safeguarding and trauma-informed practice. Sexual Exploitation Training. Excellent analytical, assessment, and interpersonal skills. Essential Requirements: * Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent * At least 3 years' experience as a social worker within children's services * Social Work England Registration * Driving license and access to own vehicle If you're interested in above roles, please reply with your updated CV and earliest start date.
