Hired’s services include:

• Individual Life and Career-Focused Coaching: Support from a professional employment counselor to identify strengths and skills, and enhance job readiness through resume development, interview preparation, and digital literacy

• Career Training, Education, and Work Experience: Access to technology, trainings, credentials and/or degree programs, and work exposure that’s occupation-specific and transferable to in-demand career fields.

• Resources and Assistance: Connections to nutrition, transportation, childcare, housing, technology, and mental and physical health care supports to address barriers to employment.

Employment and career services for any age and any stage

• Career Pathways Trainings

  Free, short-term training for high-growth fields like microelectronics, human services, and clean energy.

• Youth and Young Adult Services

  Comprehensive one-to-one coaching, education re-engagement, and work experience opportunities for people aged 14–24+.

• Adult Services

  Tailored coaching, virtual workshops, and skills training to help jobseekers from low income backgrounds find career stability.

• Dislocated Worker Services

  Dedicated career transition support for displaced workers aiming to quickly re-enter the workforce with new skills.

• Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP)

  Employment counseling, critical stability supports, and resource navigation for families receiving public assistance in Hennepin and Ramsey Counties.

• Participants enrolled in Hired’s employment service programs also receive access to:
  • Work Experience: We serve as your connector to valuable internships, job shadows, and on-the-job training opportunities that build your professional history.
  • Barrier Alleviation: As your advocate, we provide direct connections and referrals to over 160 community partners for essential needs like transportation, childcare, housing, and mental health support.
  • In-Demand Resources: You gain immediate access to powerful tools like Coursera (online courses) and TalentNeuron™ (to analyze career fit and earning potential) to sharpen your job search strategy.
