The Role

  • Work with large, complex datasets to deliver high-quality analysis that informs commercial decision-making
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Partner with teams across digital, retail, finance, and data science to answer key business questions
  • Support KPI reporting and develop scalable, self-serve dashboards in Power BI
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests to optimise performance across customer and operational initiatives
  • Deliver segmentation, cohort, and lifetime value analysis to support marketing and product strategy
  • Improve data quality, validation processes, and consistency of metrics across reporting
  • Contribute to the development of analytics best practices and ways of working in a growing function
  • Strong SQL skills with experience working with large, complex data environments
  • Experience using Python or similar tools for analysis, automation, or statistical evaluation
  • Proficiency in Power BI or comparable BI tools, building and maintaining dashboards
  • Strong commercial experience in customer or marketing analytics, including segmentation and test-and-learn approaches
