The Role – Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
You will be responsible for:

• Managing and growing a 360 recruitment desk
• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
• Winning new business through sales calls, client meetings and account development
• Managing vacancies from brief through to placement
• Working towards KPIs, revenue targets and personal goals
• Collaborating with compliance and operational teams to deliver an exceptional service

Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)

Who We're Looking For

• Resourcers, Delivery Consultants or Recruitment Consultants
• Previous recruitment experience (any sector)
• Ambitious individuals ready to step into or develop within a 360 recruitment role
• Confident communicators with strong relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded, driven and target-focused professionals
• Full UK driving licence required
