We are looking for a heavy-hitting Senior Account Executive to act as a strategic individual contributor. This isn't a "volume" sales role; it is about managing high-value, complex mid-market and enterprise deals (€250k – €1m+) where you will navigate multi-stakeholder environments and sophisticated procurement processes.
The Role As the lead Senior AE, you will own the strategic territory, focusing on organisations with 250 to 2,000 employees. You will be the "safe pair of hands" for CFOs and CHROs looking to transform their global payroll and compliance landscape.
About You You are likely a seasoned B2B SaaS professional who enjoys the "builder" phase of a company. You don't need a massive corporate machine behind you to close deals—you prefer the agility and impact of a scale-up.
