The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting experienced Shunter Drivers to join our team in Coventry CV8. Hours: Night shift positions only Typical start times fall between 17:00pm and 20:00pm Typically Monday to Friday but may be weekend work at times Pay Rates: £18.50 between 6am - 10pm £20.00 between 10pm - 6am Weekend £25.00 Location: Coventry, CV8 The Role: Shunting trailers within the yard – 40–100 moves per shift Yard manoeuvring and reversing with confidence and accuracy Communicating effectively with transport and logistics teams Requirements: Minimum 4 months shunting driving experience Full UK Class 1 licence (C+E) Valid DCPC and Digital Tachograph card No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only) Successful completion of assessment (theory and practical) Strong communication skills and a safety-first attitude Benefits: Guaranteed work all year round Ongoing support and on-site clinic days Friendly on-site recruitment team for assistance For more information, apply today with your CV, and a member of our team will be in touch!
