Multi Craft Maintenance Technician

<p><strong>Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift</strong><p><strong>Job Description</strong><p>We are seeking a dedicated 3rd shift Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventative and reactive mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs on a range of equipment, including motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, melters, furnaces, ovens, water cooling systems, vibratory equipment, shaking tables, coilers, blenders, and scales. A High School Diploma or GED is required.<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs on various equipment.</li><li>Conduct preventative maintenance on industrial machinery.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and ovens.</li><li>Utilize blueprints and schematics for troubleshooting.</li><li>Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance activities.</li><li>Work the 3rd shift: Sunday 8pm-4am and Monday-Thursday 10pm-6am, with overtime as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Skills</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience, including PMs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and oven troubleshooting.</li><li>3+ years of electrical troubleshooting experience up to 480v 3-phase (LOTO / voltmeter).</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.</li><li>Safety-minded, detail-oriented, and possessing a strong work ethic.</li><li>High School Diploma or GED.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>2-year electrical certification or 10+ years of industrial electrical experience with 480v.</li><li>Ability to read ladder logic, check inputs/outputs, and make minor PLC edits.</li><li>PLC troubleshooting and editing skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Work Here?</strong><p>Enjoy comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short and long-term disability, life insurance, and a 401k plan.
