You will be working for an international player within the logistics sector, with offices worldwide and a strong and growing presence in the Netherlands. From the Tilburg office, teams work daily on optimizing complex logistics processes for large, international clients.
The organization is characterized by a young, dynamic working environment with colleagues from various nationalities. The finance team consists of approximately 12 colleagues and works closely with other departments and international stakeholders.
Functieomschrijving
As a Cost Controller, you are responsible for processing, monitoring, and analyzing logistics costs. You ensure that costs are correctly allocated to customers and that contractual agreements are accurately followed.
Additionally, you manage a team.Your responsibilities include:
- Processing and verifying logistics costs and invoices
- Correctly allocating and recharging costs to customers
- Monitoring contract agreements and identifying discrepancies
- Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Assisting with month-end closings and reporting
- Maintaining contact with internal and external stakeholders
- Contributing to process optimization and efficiency improvements
- Participating in projects and system enhancements
Profiel
You are eager to learn, proactive, and willing to take initiative. You work accurately and enjoy operating in an international, fast-paced environment. You communicate easily with different stakeholders and have strong interpersonal skills.
- MBO+ level of education and thinking;
- Available 32-40 hours per week;
- Experience in a financial role (e.g., administration, AP/AR, or controlling);
- Good command of the English language;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- You have experience in managing a team;
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Aanbod
- Salary between €3,000 and €4,000 gross per month;
- Bonus scheme up to approximately 110% of one monthly salary per year (paid in two installments);
