Employment law sits at the core of the firm's success and reputation, making it a key driver of continued expansion.Hybrid working (typically three days from home) is standard, with a flexible and trusting approach to how people work.This firm places a strong emphasis on internal progression, with a proven track record of promoting from within - many of their current Heads of Department joined as Associates and have progressed through the ranks.This role offers a clear and accelerated pathway to Partnership for the right individual.The Role:The firm is seeking an Employment Senior Associate (8+ PQE) to join at a pivotal stage of growth.You will take a leading role in a thriving Employment team, advising on a full range of contentious and non-contentious matters while helping to shape the next phase of the department's expansion. The Employment team consists of a HOD, 2 Partners, 1 Senior Associates, 2 Associates, 2 Solicitors and admin support and a designated client on-boarding team. With multiple future hires planned this year, this firm are looking to build on what is already a very established team.Due to having an existing caseload a following is NOT required for this position.
