About the Role

<p><strong>HR Business Partner Manager needed in Bromley Paying  £27.10 per hr ref OR26467</strong></p> <p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><em><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing high‑quality HR expertise across the full employee lifecycle.</li> <li>Lead and manage <strong>complex ER casework</strong>, ensuring fair, timely and legally compliant outcomes.</li> <li>Support and guide organisational change processes, including <strong>restructures, workforce redesigns, TUPE</strong>, and cultural initiatives.</li> <li>Contribute to or lead on <strong>Organisational Development (OD)</strong> activities, supporting leadership development, talent initiatives, and culture change programmes.</li> <li>Build strong, influential relationships with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and positive employee engagement.</li> <li>Coach and mentor managers, building capability and confidence in dealing with people-related matters.</li> <li>Use data, insight and analytics to inform decisions and influence strategic workforce planning.</li> <li>Ensure HR policies, processes and practices align with organisational priorities and employment legislation. </li> </ul> <p> </p> </li> </ul> <p>If you are interested in the role, please email your CV to verity@essentialemploy.co.uk quoting the reference number. </p> <p>Essential Employment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
