Remote Interpreter – Cape Verdean Creole & English

Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Cape Verdean Creole & English-speaking Interpreters for a fully remote role based in Portugal.

In this position, you will provide professional interpretation services across multiple sectors, including healthcare, legal, and insurance. You will play a key role in enabling clear communication between individuals, ensuring accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and understanding in critical conversations.

Your Role

• Provide real-time interpretation between Cape Verdean Creole and English

• Facilitate communication in sectors such as medical, legal, and customer services

• Ensure accurate and complete translation of spoken information

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

• Handle calls and interactions in a structured and efficient manner

• Adapt communication style depending on context and audience

• Work with internal tools and systems to manage interpretation sessions

Your Qualifications

• Fluent Cape Verdean Creole and English (C1/C2)

• Strong listening, communication, and interpretation skills

• Ability to remain neutral and professional in sensitive situations

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment

• Basic computer skills and ability to handle digital tools

• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends

The Offer

• Full-time remote position (work from home)

• Flexible schedule: Monday to Sunday, 8 hours/day
