This role oversees all medical activities for the assigned product portfolio, providing expert medical guidance and educational support to marketing teams and cross‑functional partners.The Country Medical Head leads, develops, and empowers the Medical Affairs Managers (MAMs) and Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), ensuring high scientific standards and impactful external engagement.As the organization’s medical expert in Hungary, the Country Medical Head builds and nurtures strategic, peer‑level partnerships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), advancing scientific understanding and supporting the appropriate use of medicines to improve patient outcomes.This position reports to the Cluster Medical Head, works in close collaboration with the Country Manager, and serves as an active member of the Country Leadership Team.
