After finishing sixth form, I joined Caval as an Apprentice Administrator seven years ago and with Caval's support, I have progressed to a senior Resourcer within the Fit-Out and Interiors department, playing a pivotal role in search and selection across permanent and freelance construction markets. I've worked at Caval for nearly 5 years now, starting just after the Covid Lockdown, having previously worked in a Call Centre. I was warmly welcomed and received excellent training to make me the Consultant I am today. I had no prior Recruitment experience but was intrigued by the industry and very quickly felt at home within the Team at Caval.
