If so we need to speak. We are recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking estate agency seeking a driven Investment Property Specialist to join their growing team. About the Role This is not your typical estate agency position. You will be working with a specific investment clientele, sourcing high-yield opportunities and structuring deals that make sense for both investors and sellers. You will: Proactively source investment properties (on and off market) Build strong relationships with landlords, vendors, and distressed sellers Provide alternative solutions for problem properties (lease options, assisted sales, creative deal structures, etc.) Match opportunities to a qualified investor database Negotiate and package deals through to completion Think outside the box to create win-win outcomes Who We're Looking For A true hunter — self-motivated and target-driven Strong negotiator with excellent communication skills Experience in investment property sourcing or agency preferred Confident handling difficult seller situations Commercially minded with a solution-focused approach Resilient, proactive, and hungry for success Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:45am - 6:00pm Saturday: 9:30am - 4:00pm One weekday off (rota basis) What's on Offer On target earnings £60,000 +  Attractive commission structure Car allowance Clear progression opportunities A dynamic office environment The opportunity to work with sophisticated investment clients A business that values creativity and entrepreneurial thinking This is a role for someone who doesn't wait for deals to land — you go out and create them.
