Production Operative

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a General Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment in Kilrea. This hands-on role will support production processes across multiple departments including Stores, Material Handling and Drills, with flexibility to move where required to ensure smooth and efficient operations.   About the role: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour Monday to Thursday  7am - 6pm shifts Permanent role What you'll be doing in this role: Ensure all materials/products are received through correct processes Quality check all internal manufactured products/parts before despatch to customer Ensure shortage identified & logistics Quality check all internal manufactured products/parts before despatch to customer Ensure correct stock management is put away in appropriate location within warehouse environment e.g. racking and shelving Maintain excellent housekeeping standards - ensure storage, facility equipment and materials are kept n a neat, clean and orderly fashion What you'll need for this role: 2 years’ experience of working within a manufacturing/production environment High level of knowledge of reading and understanding numbers Ability to interpret engineering drawings Knowledge of working with Metal products Understanding of production processes from receiving goods in, manufacturing/production, to despatch If this sounds like the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you!
