The Role As a Lister / Valuer, you will be responsible for: Generating and attending property valuations Winning new instructions and converting opportunities Building lasting relationships with vendors Providing expert market advice Working closely with the sales team to ensure successful completions The Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Lister, Valuer, or Senior Negotiator Strong track record of winning instructions Excellent communication and negotiation skills Highly motivated and target-driven Local knowledge of the Manningtree / surrounding areas (desirable) Full UK driving licence What's on Offer OTE of £45,000-£60,000+ (uncapped commission) Car allowance or company car Strong local brand with excellent market presence Supportive, high-performing team environment Clear career progression opportunities Why Apply?
