DataOne designs and builds advanced, sustainable data centers optimized for AI-driven workloads. Backed by over 20 years of operational experience through BSO, the company is launching a new U.S.-based manufacturing facility that uses advanced robotics and automation and is building out its production team.
What You'll Do as an Assembly Technician:
Assemble aluminum busway housings and parts using basic tools, rivets, and fixtures.
Install pre-bent, pre-insulated bus bars into busway assemblies according to the work instructions.
Use press equipment to secure and finish assemblies.
Check your work to make sure everything lines up and meets quality standards.
Assist with QA/QC testing to make sure units are safe and working properly.
Package finished products, stack pallets, and get orders ready for shipment.
Load pallets using pallet jacks or forklifts as needed.
Keep your work area clean and organized and follow all safety guidelines.
Our Ideal Assembly Technician:
Experienced: At least 1 year of experience with manufacturing, equipment assembly, or electrical panel/busway production is required. Comfortable using hand tools, rivet tools, and basic assembly equipment. Experience with voltage meters or insulation testers (megger) is helpful but not required.
Detail-oriented: Pays close attention to the work, spots defects or issues, and fixes them before moving on.
Methodical: Able to follow step-by-step instructions and stick to established procedures to get consistent results.
Problem-solver: Notices when something is not correct and works through the issue to find a solution.
Quality-focused: Takes pride in doing the job right and producing solid, reliable products.
Active: Able to lift 30-50 lbs., stand for long periods, and handle packaging and palletizing work.
What We Offer Our Assembly Technician:
Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
$20-$23 per hour, depending on experience
