<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage and oversee the day-to-day running of the residential lettings department</li>
<li>Lead, motivate and support a team of lettings professionals</li>
<li>Allocate and prioritise workload to ensure deadlines and targets are achieved</li>
<li>Monitor team performance and conduct regular reviews and meetings</li>
<li>Handle escalated issues, complaints and complex tenancy matters</li>
<li>Oversee property listings across portals (Rightmove, Zoopla etc.) ensuring accuracy</li>
<li>Manage the full lettings lifecycle from instruction to ongoing property management</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with UK lettings legislation (AML, data protection, consumer regulations)</li>
<li>Liaise with internal departments including accounts and senior management</li>
<li>Conduct audits, quality checks and ensure high service standards</li>
<li>Support training, development and onboarding of team members</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills & Experience Required</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in residential at a senior level is essential</li>
<li>ARLA qualification preferred although not essential as support given to achieve this</li>
<li>Property Management experience essential</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance</li>
<li>Proven team leadership and people management skills</li>
<li>Excellent organisational and time management abilities</li>
<li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li>
<li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li>
<li>Professional, proactive and problem-solving mindset</li>
<li>Full UK driving licence</li>
