<p>We have an exciting new opportunity for a Family Medicine Physician for our growing nonprofit community health based organization. As the Family Physician, you would join a team of doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants treating patients through all walks of life. Our organization has multiple sites throughout Nassau County and we offer a very flexible work schedule. This opportunity would be Monday through Friday with very minimal on call and no weekend coverage. Please see job highlights below for more information.</p>
<p>Title: Family Medicine Physician<br />
Location: Nassau County NY<br />
Salary: $180,000 to $220,000 + full comprehensive benefits package </p>
<p>Responsibilities:<br />
Performing physical exams and check ups<br />
Reviewing lab results<br />
Giving vaccinations to patients<br />
Checking patient’s blood pressure<br />
Working closely with physicians on staff<br />
Documenting notes in EMR system<br />
Recording medical history<br />
Identifying symptoms and diagnosing patients<br />
Referring patients to specialists<br />
Create treatment plans </p>
<p>Requirements:<br />
Graduate of accredited MD/DO Residency Program<br />
Must be board Certified Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician<br />
Active New York Medical License<br />
Strong communication skills<br />
Graduate of accredited Doctorate School Program<br />
Preferred one year Family Medicine Physician experience</p>
