Procurement Supervisor | Ipswich | Excellent benefits | Hybrid work | Annual Bonus + Above Market Average SalaryThis is a role for someone who enjoys improving things, not just maintaining them.You’ll join a fast-paced purchasing team with a strong reputation locally, helping take the function to the next level. Reporting into the Purchasing Manager, the focus here is on developing people, improving processes, strengthening supplier relationships, and helping create a more proactive, commercially focused procurement team.It’s a hands-on supervisory role. You’ll be involved in the day to day running of the function, solving problems quickly, supporting the team, and keeping things moving in a busy environment where priorities can shift quickly.Alongside supplier management and purchasing activity, you’ll also get involved in demand planning, KPI reporting, lead time reviews, continuous improvement, and helping shape how the team develops moving forward.The business itself has grown significantly over recent years, adding around 100 people in the last four and a half years, with further investment and growth still ongoing.
