• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) Licensed Architect 12+ years of project management experience Extensive experience with laboratory or technical facility projects Strong understanding of MEP systems and laboratory planning Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills

• Knowledge of research equipment and laboratory operations LEED AP or other sustainability credentials
