About the Role
An exciting opportunity for a commercially focused finance leader to step into a high-impact role, combining FP&A expertise, business partnering, and process improvement. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll drive financial performance, deliver data-led insights, and challenge the business to achieve ambitious plans. Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting Provide clear insight into performance, risks, and opportunities Partner across Commercial, Build, and wider teams Drive improvements in reporting, processes, and controls Lead and develop the FP&A and Commercial Finance team Support senior leadership and key decision-making forums About You Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience Advanced Excel and analytical skills Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders Proactive, driven, and focused on adding value Experience in construction, housebuilding, multi-site or Listed PLC is a plus. This is a highly visible role with strong leadership exposure, and excellent progression opportunities in a diverse, market leading group.
