<li style="margin-bottom: 0in;line-height: normal;margin-top: 0in;margin-right: 0in;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif">Monitor market conditions, buy/sell rates, and competitor activity</span></li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 0in;line-height: normal;margin-top: 0in;margin-right: 0in;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif">Full responsibility for <strong>financial performance</strong>, including <strong>P&L, KPIs, and reporting</strong></span></li>
