About the Role
A well respected and acknowledged national practice is currently seeking a Commercial Property Management Surveyor (ideally MRICS/AssocRICS) to join their team based in Central Manchester.
Within this role you will be focusing on providing day to day property management to commercial assets, taking full ownership of your portfolio. You will conduct proactive property management, carry out regular property inspections, and take an intuitive approach in terms of asset management opportunities. You will also be responsible for service charge budgets, reconciliations, client reporting, lease renewals, and regears.
With a real passion for commercial property you will relish the challenges often experienced within property management and will enjoy taking a “hands on” role within your portfolio.

As the successful MRICS Commercial Property Management Surveyor you will
-Ideally be MRICS/AssocRICS qualified
-Have current experience in Commercial Property Management
-Have high attention to detail and good report writing skills, coupled with strong negotiation skills
In return, my client can offer a salary of c£40,000 - £60,000 doe
