Für ein Finanzinstitut in Hamburg suchen wir einen Risikocontroller (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt auf Alternative Investments und ESG-Reporting. Die Position bietet die Möglichkeit, in einem zehnköpfigen Team innerhalb des Bereichs Treasury zu arbeiten und dabei sowohl fachliche Tiefe im Reporting alternativer Anlageklassen zu entwickeln als auch den Blick für das große Ganze der Kapitalanlagensteuerung zu behalten.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Betreuung des Reportings für alternative Kapitalanlagen, darunter Private Equity, Private Debt sowie Themenfelder wie Datacenter, Energy Transition, Defence und Space Tech
• Konsolidierung und einheitliche Aufbereitung der Daten eines breiten Portfolios externer Manager in regelmäßige Reportings
• Management des Daten-Inflows aus einem umfangreichen Darlehensportfolio sowie Erstellung von Auswertungen, inklusive Ad-hoc-Anfragen
• Mitarbeit am ESG-Reporting der Kapitalanlagen
• Aufbereitung und Visualisierung von Daten für externe und interne Berichterstattung (z.B. mit Excel, R, Python, Tableau)

Ihr Profil:

• Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Mathematik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kapitalanlagen, Risikomanagement oder Unternehmenscontrolling, idealerweise im Versicherungsumfeld
• Gespür für Zahlen sowie Verständnis für alternative Investments
• Grundkenntnisse in der Programmierung von Vorteil
• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch (verhandlungssicher, C1+)
