Entry-Level Test Engineer
Sirius Staffing is seeking an Entry-Level Test Engineer for a role in Whitsett, NC.
Pay: $23.10
Shift: 3:30p- 12a
Job Summary
This role supports manufacturing test operations in a production environment. The Test Engineer will work closely with engineering and production teams to support testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of hardware and systems.
Responsibilities
Support daily test operations to ensure products meet quality and performance standards
Assist in troubleshooting hardware and basic software issues during testing
Work with engineering teams to identify root causes of test failures
Support test setup, configuration, and maintenance of test equipment
Assist in maintaining test systems, including servers, code, and infrastructure
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) testing and product lifecycle activities
Track and document test results, defects, and performance data
Assist in improving test processes, efficiency, and product quality
Support installation and calibration of functional and reliability test equipment
Follow all quality, safety, and ESD handling procedures
Qualifications
High school diploma or technical certification required
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
0–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, electronics, or testing environments
Basic understanding of hardware, electronics, or computer systems
Familiarity with ESD-safe handling procedures
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Basic computer skills for data entry and system interaction
Ability to stand for long periods and safely handle components
