Primary Teacher – KS2 (Maternity Cover)
Full‑time | Main Pay Scale
Start: September 2026 | Fixed term until May 2027 (approx.) Bognor Regis/Chichester area
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to take on a full‑time maternity cover role from the beginning of the Autumn Term 2026, continuing into Spring 2027.
This role would suit a teacher who enjoys creating positive learning experiences, maintaining high standards, and contributing to a supportive and collaborative working environment. Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers as well as experienced practitioners.
The Successful Candidate Will:
Deliver consistently high‑quality teaching and learning within Key Stage 2
Demonstrate strong classroom management and clear expectations for behaviour
Use effective, inclusive teaching strategies to support all learners
Show commitment to pupil progress, wellbeing and development
Be reflective, organised and keen to contribute beyond the classroom
Work well as part of a wider team and communicate effectively with colleagues and families
