<strong>The Role</strong><br />
To join their international buying team, they are currently wish to recruit a <strong>Spanish speaking Buyer.</strong> In this role, you will manage product enquiries and orders from clients, liaise with global suppliers, and ensure the efficient procurement and delivery of goods.<br />

Your typical job responsibilities will include: <br />

<ul>
<li>Research and engage with new and existing vendors</li>
<li>Source and compare pricing from multiple suppliers</li>
<li>Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery agreements.</li>
<li>Prepare and issue quotations to customers.</li>
<li>Place and manage purchase orders.</li>
<li>Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to maintain delivery and quality standards</li>
<li>Carry out Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tasks.</li>

<strong>Candidate Profile, Skills and Background</strong><br />

</p>
<ul>
<li>Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is essential</li>
<li>Strong administrative skills and experience working with customers</li>
<li>Previous buying or purchasing experience is an advantage, though not essential</li>
<li>Background in logistics or shipping is a plus</li>
<li>Excellent communication and telephone skills are essential.</li>
<li>Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>Must have full right to live and work in the UK - visa sponsorship is not available.</li>

<p><strong>Salary, Benefits and Working Hours</strong><br />
£30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-13:00 and 14:00-17:00 (37.5 hours/week). Flexibility may be required. Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus public holidays. <br />
